Birmingham & Loughborough Late Summer 2015

During late summer, we took yet another one of our beloved road trips down to the Midlands of England to Birmingham area. This time was to meet and visit James' Pope side of the family. We met his dad's cousin and husband, as well as their daughter and her husband, plus their 2 children. Not sure what that kin relationship is called.  We've tried to chart it out and forget our conclusion each time.  We also had a chance to visit with James' uncle and his wife, along with his cousin and his family.
On our way back up to Scotland we made another stop with Great Grandma & Grandpa (James Maternal side).
This was probably the start of Baby Z's sleep troubles and here we are nearly 8 weeks later, just starting to reset her sleep clock.  Add to that, the fact that fall/winter in the far Northeast loses daylight by the hour each week. While we get 20+hours of daylight at the height of summer, winter grants us as few as 7-8 hours of daylight, a figure which in itself is a bit overly generous when you account for the bleak and dreary winter days on top of that.  Thank goodness for SAD lamps and melatonin & coffee & daytime naps for that matter.
First time on a trampoline...of course she loves it!

There's Zara!
Yay! Great Grandma's house!  These two always wiggle and weasel their way onto any chair that's already occupied.
